3 Days gorilla habituation tour from Kigali is an exciting mountain gorilla encounter which will start in the capital of Kigali and you will be driven to Bwindi national park in south western Uganda where you will take part in a gorilla habituation experience and end the safari with drop off in Kigali. Gorilla Habituation can only be done in the Rushaga sector of Bwindi impenetrable national park. This activity is a full day experience with an allowance of 4 hours time with the mountain gorillas.

Detailed itinerary
Day 1; pick up in Kigali and drive to Bwindi national park
Upon arrival in Kigali international airport/depending on your location in Kigali, your guide will pick you up from Kigali city and embark on your drive to cross to Uganda via either Katuna or Cyanika border and connect to Bwindi Impenetrable national park. It is a shorter drive from Kigali to Bwindi national park compared to driving from Entebbe/Kampala to Bwindi forest. With en-route after crossing to Uganda, proceed to the lodge where you will check in and spend the rest of the evening as you prepare for dinner and overnight stay at Rushaga Gorilla Camp/Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge/Four Gorilla Lodge
Day 2; Gorilla habituation experience
After waking u early for breakfast, you will go to the park headquarters in Bwindi national park where you will have a briefing on the gorilla habituation experience which is done by the ranger guides. You will be assigned ranger guides and start the habituation experience also accompanied by researchers and you will get to explore the dense Bwindi forest in search for the gorillas. You will spend 4 hours in the presence of the gorillas during the gorilla habituation tour and later return to the lodge to relax and have your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3; Drive back to Kigali
After breakfast at the lodge in Bwindi national park, you will start the journey to Kigali via the Cyanika/Katuna border with your guide who will drive you to the airport in Kigali where you will be dropped off and it will bring the safari to an end.
