3 Days Luxury Gorilla Habituation Safari : The 3 Days luxury gorilla habituation experience features a return flight to Bwindi impenetrable national park which takes about 2 hours as compared to driving which takes 8-9 hours on the road, staying in luxurious lodges providing all amenities and Gorilla habituation experience which takes a full day. Bwindi impenetrable national park is a UNESCO heritage site situated in western Uganda, Bwindi impenetrable national park is famous for offering the amazing gorilla trekking in the deep forested sector of the park and it is a home of half of the remaining mountain gorillas in world while the other half are found in Volcanoes national park in Rwanda and Virunga National park in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It is only in Bwindi forest where we find both habituated and non-habituated mountain gorillas and visitors can only get the habituation experience only in Bwindi. This is a simply and interesting safari however very expensive and its best for honeymooners and visitors who do not mind spending a lot of money for only 3 days for a luxury life once in a life time.

Day 1: Fly to Bwindi Impenetrable national park
On the 1st day of your 3 Days Luxury Gorilla Habituation Safari, upon arrival at Entebbe international airport/depending on your location in Entebbe. Connect to check-in for your flight to Bwindi impenetrable national park. Aero-link Uganda is the only domestic flight company that offers flights to all the Uganda national parks. Aero-link Uganda operates daily flights twice a day to and fro Bwindi impenetrable national park that is the 7:00 am and 12:00 pm flying to Kihihi airstrip and only one flight at 7:00 am flying to Kisoro airstrip.
Gorilla habituation experience only takes place in Rushaga sector of Bwindi Impenetrable national park, therefore you will only take the 7:00 am flight to Kisoro airstrip. The staff of Aero-link will help you with check-in and upon arrival at Kisoro airstrip, you will be meet Elephant Whispers Safaris safari drive to drive you to your booked lodge. Check-in at your lodge, have lunch and spend your afternoon at leisure while prepare for the next day activity and dinner.

Day 2: Gorilla Habituation experience
On the 2nd day for your 3 Days Luxury Gorilla Habituation Safari, after early morning breakfast, connect to the park headquarters at 7 am for a briefing about gorilla habituation expectations. Thereafter set off to the starting point for your habituation experience with your packed lunch and enough water under the guide of armed park ranger guides. This experience involves visiting wild mountain gorillas that are in habituation process. These mountain gorillas are usually shy and very defensive when provoked so the need to follow the guidelines of the rangers is very important. It is a full day experience as you are taken through the whole process of habituation and eventually you get to see the gorillas for about 4 hours in their presence while you get to know them more vividly. Later in the evening, return to meet your safari after receiving your certificate of the experience and drive back to your lodge relaxation with good memories of the mountain gorillas, dinner and overnight stay at accommodation as above
Day 3: Fly back to Entebbe
Wake up every early for breakfast, check-out of the lodge to transfer to Kisoro airstrip of your return flight to Entebbe airport with the 7:00 am flight. Your safari guide will drop you off at the airstrip on time then proceed to Entebbe airport. End of the Uganda safari.
