4 days Bwindi double gorilla trekking tour will be done in the south western part of Uganda where you will enjoy 2 encounters with the mountain gorillas of Bwindi national park and the safari will start and end in Entebbe.

Detailed itinerary
Day 1; Pick up and drive to Bwindi national park
After pick up from Entebbe, you will be welcomed for the safari in Uganda and have a short briefing with your guide. You will start the drive to Bwindi national park which will take about 8 hours and along the way, you will make a stop for lunch and also visit the equator where you will take photos and see many local art and craft works.
Your guide will drive you to the lodge in Bwindi national park to check in and also have your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2; first Gorilla Trek
Your breakfast will be served at the lodge in Bwindi national park and you will proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking which is done as early as 7:00 am at by the park officials. After being allocated groups and ranger guides, you will start the trek and move in Bwindi forest in search of the mountain gorillas.
During the gorilla trek in Bwindi forest, you will have 1 hour in the presence of the gorillas and get to enjoy taking photos and recording the gorillas. After the encounter with the gorillas, you will proceed to the lodge to check in and to have your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3; Second Gorilla Trek
After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will go for another briefing at the park headquarters in Bwindi national park as you prepare for the second gorilla trekking experience. You will move in groups with your ranger guides and follow different trails in the forest as you search for the mountain gorillas.
You will spend 1 hour after finding the gorillas in the forest and take pictures and videos with them. After this experience, you will enjoy a cultural tour with the Batwa community to experience the way of life of these pygmy forest dwellers that also practice hunting. You will also enjoy traditional dance performances and later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4; Transfer to Entebbe
On the last day of your tour to Bwindi national park, your breakfast will be served at the lodge and you will embark on the 8 to 9 hour drive back to Entebbe and your guide will drop you off at the airport which will bring the safari in Uganda to an end.
